Alley Man Publications will be heading out to Jacon in Orlando. We will continue our series of workshops on breaking into comics and look forward to a good turnout at the convention. Make sure to pass by our panel while at the convention and we look forward to hearing your questions.

We hope to bring, with us, many goodies including a teaser for our upcoming release slated for June. All of our members are looking forward to attending and seeing some new and old friends at the con.

UPDATE

Wild Inx Productionz will be joining us at our booth at Jacon '09 and we will be presenting the teaser for their upcoming comic, Redeeming Darkness, slated for release in the autumn. Gustavo Serafini (writer) and Kenny Calderon (illustrator) will be joining us for our panel "Breaking into Comics for Print or Web," so make certain to attend to learn some of the secrets of these two creators.

For those of you that know Steve Bennett (of former Studio Ironcat), he is flying in from Iwakuni, Japan to attend Jacon on its tenth and final year. After some discussion, we're pleased to hear that Steve has agreed to host his panel "How to Talk to Girls" on Sunday afternoon; it might not show up in the program book, but we have got the panel confirmed. After a talk with Steve, he agreed to host his panel pending the Alley Man girls be in attendance at his panel and also perform a little shameless advertising on the convention floor. We're happy to announce that our girls will be helping us announce Redeeming Darkness and will offer a little insight at Steve's panel on Sunday. We hope to see you there with lots of questions and comments to share.
